Terms of Purchase

1. Company identification

These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase by Users of the products available on the website https://rvrs.es/, owned by REVERSE LONGEVITY S.L. (hereinafter, “REVERSE”), Tax ID No. B88657747, Calle Ramírez de Arellano 26, local offices 3, 28043, Madrid, registered in the Commercial Registry of Palma de Mallorca, Volume 2,522, Folio 3, Sheet PM-71.021, whose professional activity consists of marketing longevity food supplements and cosmetic products.

For the purposes of these product purchase conditions (hereinafter, the “Terms and Conditions”), Consumer and/or User shall mean any individual who, acting outside their commercial, business, trade or professional activity, accesses the website with the intention of purchasing the products marketed through the website.

The User is also informed that invoicing and logistics management of orders is carried out by CENTER FOR INTELLIGENT RESEARCH IN CRYSTAL ENGINEERING, S.L. (CIRCE), Tax ID No. B57786196, C/ Blaise Pascal 2, 2nd floor, Edificio Europa, Parc Bit, 07121 Palma de Mallorca. Orders are managed through a specialised European logistics operator with centres in Spain.

2. Purpose of the website

This website has been developed by REVERSE to enable the Consumer to purchase longevity food supplements and cosmetic products (hereinafter, the “Products”).

Each product page includes a detailed description, ingredients, format, instructions for use and information on available certifications. All prices include applicable taxes (VAT). Shipping costs are shown before completing the purchase.

3. Acceptance of the purchase conditions

The purchase of any of the Products on the website requires acceptance, without reservation of any kind, of each and every one of these Terms and Conditions, as well as any specific conditions that may govern the purchase.

By accepting the Terms and Conditions, the User undertakes to act at all times in accordance with the provisions set out in this legal text, declares that they are over 18 years of age and have legal capacity to contract and purchase the Products available on the website.

These are the only purchase conditions applicable to use of the website (without prejudice to specific conditions that may apply to certain Products) and they replace any other conditions.

4. Operation of the website and user obligations

The purchase process requires Users to take the following into account:

4.1 Product purchase procedure

To purchase the Products made available to Users, the website offers the possibility of (i) buying them directly online without prior registration by completing the form that appears when processing the purchase order, or (ii) creating an account through an online form, which must be completed with the required data.

If the Consumer decides to register on the REVERSE website, they must use their User account responsibly and properly maintain the confidentiality of the username and/or passwords that allow access to their account in order to prevent use by unauthorised third parties.

Accordingly, Users must immediately notify REVERSE by email at soporte@rvrs.es of any improper use of their username and/or password due to circumstances such as theft, loss or unauthorised access, so that REVERSE may proceed to cancel, block and/or disable them as soon as it becomes aware of the improper use of the User account.

In this regard, Users assume full responsibility for their use of the website. The website may provide Users with access to a large amount of text, graphics, drawings, designs, photographs, multimedia content and information (hereinafter, the “Content”) belonging to REVERSE or third parties.

4.2 User account

If the User has chosen to create a user account and register on the website, they will have access to a profile where they can complete their personal data and, where REVERSE offers certain subscription-based services, the User may access them.

To do so, Consumers must correctly complete all data requested in the website registration form. The User guarantees that their data will be accurate, current and truthful. They may also cancel their account on the website at any time by contacting REVERSE at soporte@rvrs.es

However, REVERSE may temporarily suspend access to the website without prior notice for maintenance, repair, update or improvement operations. Whenever circumstances allow, REVERSE will notify Users sufficiently in advance of the expected date for suspension of the services.

4.3 Purchase order procedure

The purchase procedure will begin with the selection of the Product and its addition to the cart. The User may then review the order contents, modify quantities or remove products before continuing.

Next, they must enter the data required for shipping and billing, verify that the information provided is correct and confirm the order by paying through the secure methods enabled on the website.

Once the purchase has been completed and payment authorised, REVERSE will send the User, as soon as possible, an email to the address provided, including proof of the purchase order and confirmation of receipt of the selected order. Such confirmation shall constitute a binding contract between the User and REVERSE.

Order confirmation and proof of purchase shall not constitute an invoice. The invoice will be delivered in paper form together with the Product, unless the User expressly requests that it be issued and delivered by electronic means only.

4.4 User conduct on the website

Users undertake to make lawful, diligent, honest and proper use of any information or content to which they have access through the website, always acting in good faith and respecting applicable law and the purchase conditions at all times.

In particular, but without limitation, any person visiting the website, as well as Users, must not:

1. Provide data that is not true, accurate, complete and/or up to date, or provide the website with identifying data belonging to another user or impersonate any person or identity.
2. Use the website for fraudulent purposes, or in connection with criminal offences or unlawful activities of any kind.
3. Maliciously or intentionally cause damage or harm that may impair or alter the website, or maliciously or intentionally introduce or disseminate computer viruses that may produce unauthorised alterations to the contents or systems comprising the website.
4. Download, send or otherwise distribute content or applications that may violate any applicable legislation or infringe any rights of any party.
5. Use the tools made available by REVERSE to Users for purposes other than purely informational ones.
6. Use the website to send, use or reuse material containing illegal, offensive, pornographic, abusive, indecent, defamatory, obscene or threatening information of any kind, or that constitutes a violation of copyright, trademarks or confidentiality, privacy or any other right, or is otherwise injurious or objectionable to third parties, or whose content contains computer viruses, political propaganda, advertising content, chain emails, mass mailings or any other type of “spam” and, in general, any unnecessary nuisance or inconvenience.
7. Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any part of the service, use of the service or access to the service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided without REVERSE's prior express authorisation.
8. Actively promote or encourage third parties to carry out any of the above practices or contribute to them.

REVERSE reserves the right to investigate and report conduct that constitutes a breach of applicable legislation to the competent authorities, as well as to cooperate with them in the investigation of such actions.

REVERSE reserves the right to deny any attempt to access the website or cancel the provision of services in cases where the website is used improperly.

5. Food safety and responsible use of food supplements

The Products marketed by REVERSE are food supplements and are intended to supplement a normal diet. They are not medicines and are not intended to prevent, treat or cure diseases.

REVERSE undertakes to market Products that comply with applicable regulations on food safety, composition, labelling, presentation and advertising, including Law 17/2011 of 5 July on food safety and nutrition, Royal Decree 1487/2009 of 26 September on food supplements, and other applicable national and European regulations.

Before consuming any Product, the User must carefully read its labelling, composition, ingredients, allergen information, instructions for use, storage conditions, recommended daily dose and any specific warnings. The expressly recommended daily dose must not be exceeded.

Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle and should be kept out of reach of young children.

Pregnant or breastfeeding women, minors, people suffering from any illness, with allergies or intolerances, or undergoing medical treatment must consult a healthcare professional before consuming the Products, especially where indicated on the labelling.

REVERSE shall not be liable for damage arising from improper, excessive or non-compliant consumption contrary to the instructions, indications or warnings included on the Product labelling, without prejudice to the rights corresponding to the User under applicable regulations.

6. Product availability

If REVERSE detects, once the User's order has been received, that a Product is unavailable, the User will be informed and may choose another Product or a refund of the full amount paid.

If a refund is chosen, the amount previously paid will be returned through the payment method selected by the User without undue delay.

7. Economic conditions, price and payment method

7.1 Price

Access to the website content is completely free and does not require prior registration. As such, the User will only pay for the purchase of Products.

The total order amount will be shown in Euros (€) and will include applicable taxes, such as VAT (Value Added Tax), as appropriate. Shipping costs and applicable taxes will be shown separately in the shopping cart and will appear in the purchase order summary before it is processed.

7.2 Payment method

REVERSE makes the following payment methods available to the User:

• Bank card payment (Visa, Mastercard)
• PayPal
• Klarna

Transactions are carried out via secure connection (SSL) and comply with PSD2. Payments will be subject to checks and authorisations by issuing entities and the relevant payment service provider, all of which are independent of REVERSE. If payment is not authorised, the purchase procedure initiated cannot continue, the order will be automatically cancelled and the purchase of the requested Product will be deemed not to have taken place.

By clicking “Authorise payment”, the User unequivocally confirms that the credit card is their property, and REVERSE shall in no event be liable for fraudulent or unlawful use of credit cards by third parties.

Furthermore, at no point during the purchase process can REVERSE know or store information relating to the User's credit card, which is transmitted via secure encrypted connection directly to the website of the entity managing electronic payment.

8. Delivery times, place of delivery and loss in transit

8.1 Shipping and delivery of Products

Products will be delivered to the location indicated by the User in the purchase form within the following timeframes:

• Mainland Spain: 2-6 business days. EUR 6 on orders under EUR 60; free from EUR 60.
• Rest of Spain (Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla): 3-7 business days. EUR 8 on orders under EUR 80; free from EUR 80.

Orders are prepared and shipped from the logistics centre in Madrid, managed by a specialised European operator. Orders received before 16:00 (Mon-Fri, excluding public holidays) are processed and shipped the same day.

REVERSE is not responsible for delays beyond its control (strikes, weather conditions, local holidays). However, delivery times for Products may vary and be affected by circumstances beyond REVERSE's control, including, but not limited to, periods of high sales volume, which may extend the ordinary delivery period.

This delivery period will also be extended in cases where there is a delivery incident, such as incorrect shipping addresses, absence of the recipient, etc.

8.2 Changes to the delivery address

The User is informed that once the order is on its way, no changes to the delivery address will be possible, as this would incur an additional cost.

9. Warranties

Products are subject to the legal guarantee of conformity provided for in consumer and user regulations. REVERSE will be liable for lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery and manifesting within the legally established period.

Given the consumable nature of the Products, the warranty will not cover deterioration due to expiry or best-before date, ordinary consumption, improper handling or failure to comply with the storage, use or dosage conditions indicated on the labelling.

The above is without prejudice to REVERSE's liability for defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied or non-conforming Products at the time of delivery.

10. Exchanges, returns and right of withdrawal

A User who qualifies as a consumer may withdraw from a purchase made through the website, without giving any reason, within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date on which the User or a third party indicated by them, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the Products.

However, in accordance with Article 103 of the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users, the right of withdrawal shall not apply, among others, to:

1. Products that may deteriorate or expire quickly, where this circumstance actually applies given their nature and expiry date; and
2. Food supplements or other Products delivered sealed that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons when they have been opened, unsealed or handled by the User after delivery.

Consequently, the User may exercise their right of withdrawal in respect of Products that remain closed, unconsumed and with their security seal intact, provided no other legal exception to the right of withdrawal applies.

To exercise this right, the User must notify REVERSE of their decision by means of an unequivocal statement sent to soporte@rvrs.es before the indicated period expires. The User may use the template included at the end of this section, although its use is not mandatory.

Direct return costs will be borne by the User, unless REVERSE has expressly agreed to bear them or has not previously informed the User of this obligation.

REVERSE will refund payments received, including, where applicable, the costs corresponding to the least expensive standard delivery option offered, without undue delay and, in any event, within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date on which it was informed of the decision to withdraw. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless the User expressly agrees to another method that entails no cost to them.

REVERSE may withhold the refund until it has received the Products or until the User provides proof of their return, whichever occurs first.

10.1. Damaged, incorrect or non-conforming Products

The above regime is independent of the rights corresponding to the User when the Product received is damaged, deteriorated, expired, defective, does not match the order placed or is non-conforming with the contract.

In such cases, the User must contact REVERSE as soon as possible at soporte@rvrs.es, stating the order number, the affected Product, a description of the incident and, where possible, photographs showing its condition.

REVERSE will analyse the incident and, where appropriate, will take the corresponding corrective measure free of charge, which may consist, depending on the circumstances, of replacement of the Product, price reduction or termination of the contract and refund of amounts paid, without prejudice to the other rights recognised to the User under applicable regulations.

The costs of collection, return or replacement of a damaged, incorrect or non-conforming Product will be borne by REVERSE. Failure to report the incident immediately shall not in itself entail loss of the User's legal rights.

In the event of loss or non-delivery of the order, the User must notify REVERSE so that it may carry out the corresponding checks with the logistics operator and, where appropriate, arrange a new shipment or refund the amount paid.

10.2. Withdrawal form template

11. Limitation of liability

Through this provision, the User is informed that REVERSE has implemented sufficient security measures to comply with legally required standards and the level of diligence required of a professional of its kind.

Accordingly, REVERSE makes its best efforts to avoid the presence of faults, interruptions, viruses or harmful components on the website. However, to the extent that REVERSE does not control all factors on which the occurrence of these circumstances may depend, it cannot guarantee that, exceptionally and in isolated cases, they may affect browsing on the website, in which case REVERSE undertakes to act diligently and resolve the problem as soon as possible once it becomes aware of it.

12. Personal data protection

REVERSE guarantees the security and confidentiality of the personal data provided by Users in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter, “GDPR”) and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on Personal Data Protection and guarantee of digital rights (hereinafter, “LOPDGDD”).

In this regard, Users are informed that, in matters of privacy and protection of their personal data, they may exercise the following rights:

1. Access their personal data;
2. Request rectification of any inaccurate data;
3. Request erasure of their data;
4. Request restriction of the processing of their data;
5. Object to the processing of their data;
6. Exercise their right to be forgotten; and
7. Request portability of their data.

Users shall also have the right not to be subject to decisions based solely on automated data processing.

13. Amendments

The information appearing on this website is current as of the date of its last update. REVERSE reserves the right to update, modify or remove information on this website, as well as these Terms and Conditions, to adapt them to changes in applicable legislation and/or the operation of the website.

14. Severability clause

All clauses or provisions of these Terms and Conditions must be interpreted independently and autonomously, with the remaining provisions unaffected if any of them is declared null by a final court judgment or arbitral award. The affected clause or clauses will be replaced by others that preserve the effects sought by the terms of use.

These Terms and Conditions are drafted in Spanish, without prejudice to their translation under certain conditions into other languages, such as English. Notwithstanding the above, in case of doubt or conflict between the Spanish version of the Terms and Conditions and any other language, the Spanish version shall always prevail.

15. Jurisdiction and applicable law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Spanish law. Where the User qualifies as a consumer, any dispute shall be submitted to the courts and tribunals corresponding under applicable consumer and user regulations.

In other cases, unless applicable regulations mandatorily establish another jurisdiction, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of Palma de Mallorca, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction that might correspond to them.
