1. Website owner and operator

2. Company responsible for billing and logistics
The management of warehousing, logistics, and billing to the end customer is carried out by CENTER FOR INTELLIGENT RESEARCH IN CRYSTAL ENGINEERING, S.L. (CIRCE), with tax ID (CIF) B57786196 and registered office at C/ Blaise Pascal, 2, 2nd floor, Europa Building, Parc Bit, 07121 Palma de Mallorca.

3. Registration details and health authorisations (CIRCE)
• Commercial Register of Palma de Mallorca, Volume 2,522, Folio 3, Sheet PM-71.021.
• General Sanitary Register of Food Business Operators and Foodstuffs (RGSEAA): No. 26.024747/IB — activities: EU Importer (26.15.13) and Distribution of food supplements (26.23.25).
• CIRCE holds a valid health authorisation issued by the Servei de Seguretat Alimentaria i Nutrició de les Illes Balears, in accordance with the RGSEAA.
• Cosmetic products comply with Regulation (EC) No. 1223/2009 and are notified on the European CPNP Portal. CIRCE acts as the Responsible Person before the AEMPS (Spanish Agency of Medicines and Medical Devices).

4. Applicable regulations
This Legal Notice is subject to Organic Law 03/2018, EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR), the General Telecommunications Law 11/2022, Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, Royal Decree-Law 7/2021, and any other legislation that amends or develops them. 

5. Users
Access to and use of this website confers the status of user (hereinafter, the "Users"), who accepts these terms and the Privacy Policy. Any person who does not accept them must refrain from using the website.

6. Use of the website
The User shall be responsible for the use they make of the website. The website may provide access to a multitude of texts, graphics, drawings, designs, photographs, multimedia content, advertising, and information (hereinafter, the "Content") belonging to REVERSE or third parties to which the User may have access.

REVERSE warns that the materials contained on this website have been included for informational purposes only, and are therefore insufficient to make decisions or take positions in a specific case.

The User should bear in mind that the materials contained on this website may not reflect the most recent legislative or jurisprudential status on the matters analysed. Likewise, these materials may be modified, developed, or updated without prior notice.


REVERSE shall have the right to investigate and report any of the conduct mentioned in accordance with the Law, as well as to cooperate with the authorities in the investigation of such actions.


REVERSE may temporarily suspend, without prior notice, access to the website for maintenance, repair, update, or improvement operations. However, whenever circumstances permit, REVERSE shall notify the User, with sufficient advance notice, of the expected date for the suspension of services. REVERSE is not responsible for the use that Users may make of the Content included on the website.


7. Intellectual and industrial property
Each and every intellectual property right over the content and graphic design of this website (including, by way of example, images, sound, audio, video, software, or texts; trademarks or logos, colour combinations, structure and design, selection of materials used, computer programs necessary for its operation, access and use, etc.) is the exclusive property of REVERSE or a third party that has authorised REVERSE to use them. Therefore, REVERSE has the
exclusive right to exploit such content and graphic design.


Therefore, pursuant to the provisions of Royal Legislative Decree 1/1996, of 12 April, approving the Consolidated Text of the Intellectual Property Law, and Law 17/2001, of 7 December,

on Trademarks, as well as any other supplementary legislation on intellectual and industrial property, the reproduction, transmission, adaptation, translation, distribution, or public communication, including making available or any other form of commercial exploitation and/or modification of all or part of the content of the website is prohibited, except with prior express authorisation from REVERSE.


REVERSE does not grant any licence or authorisation to use any of its intellectual and industrial property rights or any other property or right related to the website and/or the services or content thereof.


The User undertakes to respect the Intellectual and Industrial Property rights owned by REVERSE. In this regard, the reproduction and temporary storage of the contents of the Website is permitted insofar as it is strictly necessary for the use and viewing of the website from a
personal electronic device that allows it.

The legitimacy of intellectual or industrial property rights over the content provided by Users is the sole responsibility of the Users themselves, who shall be liable for any third-party claims arising from the unlawful use of the content on the website.

However, REVERSE cannot guarantee:

REVERSE is not responsible for the use that Users may make of the Content included on the website.

12. Severability and interpretation
This Legal Notice constitutes an agreement between each User and REVERSE.
If the competent authority declares a provision to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, such declaration with respect to one or more clauses shall be without prejudice to the validity of the remaining clauses.


The fact that REVERSE does not require strict compliance with any provision of this Legal Notice does not constitute and cannot be interpreted in any way as a waiver on its part of requiring strict compliance in the future.

REVERSE will pursue any breach of this Legal Notice, as well as any improper use of its portal, exercising all civil and criminal actions to which it may be entitled by law.
