Cosmetovigilance, Safety and Complaints
At REVERSE, we develop and market our products to the highest safety and quality standards, both in the field of food supplements and cosmetic products, in accordance with the safety, quality, manufacturing, labelling and marketing requirements established in applicable regulations.
As part of this commitment, we provide Users with a specific channel to report any possible adverse effect, adverse reaction or incident related to the use or consumption of our Products.
Communications received will be analysed and monitored in order to assess Product safety, take any necessary measures and comply with legally required obligations.
1. Company responsible before health authorities
REVERSE products are manufactured and registered by CENTER FOR INTELLIGENT RESEARCH IN CRYSTAL ENGINEERING, S.L. (CIRCE), which acts as Responsible Person before the AEMPS for cosmetic products, and as a company registered with the RGSEAA for food supplements.
Formal communication with health authorities is managed directly by CIRCE.
